Refund

1) Each rental day is any time after 12:00 noon to 12:00 noon the following day.
2) Monthly rate available (28 days).
3) For any refund, please complete the information in the areas below. Allow 4 weeks from the time refund is requested.
4) Representatives are not permitted to give refunds.
5) Refund is calculated on a pro rata basis predicated on the regular daily rate.
6) First Day Service Charge (FDSC), headphones, cable charges or any other items are non-refundable.
7) Special rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8) Retain all receipts while in hospital for proof of payment or for claiming refund.
